Requirements and additional information

• Ask us about current projects and hiring needs, as client requests can come from one day to another.
• We cooperate with companies from DACH countries, and in 90% of projects German language skills at at least a communicative level are required. Sometimes there are projects where only English is required.
• Currently, we do not have projects for juniors, required experience is usually 3+ years in a given technology.
• Most projects involve backend technologies, mainly Java.
• You must know Polish, as our internal documentation is maintained in Polish.

Recruitment stages – what can you expect?

you send your CV –> initial interview –> technical interview –> client interview (depending on the project in German/English) –> we sign the contract 🙂
