Workflow
The inquiry

This is the first step where the need for a new employee arises. The client provides details about the position, required skills, and expectations. Based on this information, the process of searching for suitable candidates begins.
Recruitment of employees (7 days)

The recruitment process usually takes up to 7 days, during which AWSM searches for potential candidates. The recruiter analyzes applications, reviews CVs, and uses databases and recruitment platforms to find individuals who meet the requirements.
Personnel and technical verification (7 days)

During the following week, candidates undergo personal and technical verification. This includes interviews, technical tests, and an assessment of their experience and skills. At this stage, the company evaluates whether the candidates have the appropriate qualifications and whether they align with the organizational culture.
Verification by the client (time on the client side)

After internal verification, the best candidates are presented to the client. The client conducts their own interviews or tests to evaluate whether the candidate meets their expectations. The duration of this stage depends on the client's decisions and availability. (We suggest that this stage should not exceed 5 days, as top candidates often receive other offers quickly and may no longer be available).
Contract terms (7 days)

After a positive decision by the client, negotiations regarding the terms of the contract begin. Details such as salary, scope of responsibilities, working hours, and other conditions of cooperation are established. These negotiations typically take about 7 days, after which the final terms are agreed upon. (However, it is worth considering starting negotiations regarding the terms of cooperation in parallel with earlier stages of the process if the client is determined on a specific form of employment. Such an approach helps streamline the process and avoid potential delays).
Signing of the contract (7 days)

After the terms are agreed upon, the contract is signed. AWSM and the client formalize the cooperation by signing the contract. This process usually takes about a week and may include administrative matters and the exchange of documents. (If possible, it is also worth starting this stage in parallel to speed up the finalization of the cooperation).
Waiting for the project to start (1-3 months)

After signing the contract, there is often a waiting period before the project begins. This can last from 1 to 3 months, depending on the project schedule, team availability, and any preparations required on the client’s side. During this time, formalities such as training or the provision of work tools may also be finalized.
Project start

After the waiting period ends, the project officially begins. The candidate joins the team and starts performing their tasks in accordance with the previously agreed schedule and terms of cooperation. At this stage, operational work transitions into the execution phase.
